Burger and fries cold, Burger was moldy (see photo) Order not complete. Mold on the burger will have an aftermath.

Fries cold. Burger cold. Cola without ice, although ordered with ice. 4 drinks with 2 straws. That was a lot better here and urgently needs to be brought back to an acceptable level.

Unfortunately, part of the order is always missing! Is it so difficult to pack everything? If the employees don't feel like working, they should stay at home. If they only got part of their wages transferred, they wouldn't be thrilled either. So you can ask that you get everything from your order! It's almost every time, not an isolated case !! @

I ordered an MC chic classic as a menu with french fries. Maybe swapping the fat would help. Then the fries will definitely taste better and the burgers will definitely improve in quality. I felt sick on the menu and I can understand the deteriorated quality.

Doors a bit too small ... but when I went in I went out 4x BigMac 1x cheeseburger 1x RoyalTS 3x Cola Zero 2x signature avocado fried egg with extra cheese 2x 20 chicken nuggets 6x McFlury 1x McSundea with camahel and chocolate sauce was a challenge.

Were today on November 16 At 7:48 p.m. on site and ordered goods for over 50 euros. The shop was completely empty. At home we noticed the 20 chicken nugget, 2 large fries and all the menu glasses were missing. Then we made our way to the branch again. (The shop was completely empty again here) When we arrived we didn't apologize for the mistake, but instead passed the mistake on to the other. When I was asked to have the missing goods, they were prepared. When we went out we noticed again that a portion of french fries was missing. I felt fraudulently deceived. Conclusion: food was already cold Chips were sloppy Staff rude and incompetent Dinner = zero. Another reture, pointless. :( Management should think about staff changes!

The crunchy potatos were NOT crunchy !!! That's not a condition! So that I can now speak very clearly when I order Crunchy Potatos then I expect them to be Crunchy and not Crunchy. And there are far too many Turks there who distract me with their non-German language !!!!!!! Therefore 1 star🙄🙄🙄🤯

The whole Mc Donalds was empty and that doesn't surprise me a bit, because not a single employee feels responsible to come to the people who would like to come in and have to enter their contact details, then you ask if someone would like to come and you will ignored! Well, the restaurant will remain empty. In addition, you get excited why nobody comes to pay? Uh, everyone was standing at the vending machine and was looking for their food ... why should they come to her? Have you ever heard of card payment and maybe take your time?!.

Had ordered a Mc Wrap and what came in was just ingredients slush that the packaging was stuffed. Impudence and a shame that I only noticed this at home!

At least this branch seems to have misunderstood the VAT cut. A simple burger instead of € 1 is now € 1.29. A big increase by 29% !!! With this drive purchase there was no invoice in the bag. May be for a reason? But probably I haven't bought a burger there in a long time, which is guaranteed not to change.

The few employees unfortunately don't have the situation under control. Groups of men kept coming in, sometimes without a mask, to sit at tables that were locked. A very motivated lady, but overwhelmed by the large number of people, gave her best, but was mostly ignored. You don't feel comfortable or reasonably safe while eating. We will pick up again at the drive-in in the future. Pity!

Once and never again, Dirty loud and tables full of old tablets. New youth club that perform under all sow. Smoking etc. Staff unfriendly and watch how everything is broken. No German speaking staff
